Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made two days in advance to receive a refund. No refunds will be given less than two days in advance. In the event you or a member of your group is not able to visit due to illness, your tickets will be rescheduled to a later date no less than 14 days after the date of your scheduled visit.
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Discounted tickets, including Senior (65+) and College Student, will require ID proof at check-in.
Arrival: A confirmation, receipt and electronic tickets will be e-mailed to you upon completion of your order. You will need to present your electronic confirmation at check-in. Please do not print physical tickets.
