Please call the Box Office at 216-694-2000, option "0" (10 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily) with any questions. Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made two days in advance to receive a refund. No refunds will be given fewer than two days in advance. Your tickets will be rescheduled to a later date for all cancellations within two days of your original visit date. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Discounted tickets, including Senior (65+) and College Student, will require ID proof at check-in. Arrival: A confirmation, receipt and electronic tickets will be e-mailed to you upon completion of your order. You will need to present your electronic confirmation at check-in.
